I’ve always been a numbers guy (geek). By the 6th grade, I was proficient in High School level math. In High School I was placed in a a 5-year special math program consisting of Algebra I/II, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry and maintained an A+ average. My guidance counselor suggested going on to become a mathematician, but I had other (youthful - foolish) ideas.
